Acceptable Use Policy & Disclosure
By requesting access to the AI Risk Monitor platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Authorized Purpose. Access to this Platform is granted solely for the purposes of identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks associated with artificial intelligence systems, and for preventing harm arising from the deployment, operation, or governance of such systems. You shall use the Platform exclusively for these authorized purposes and in furtherance of your organization's risk management, compliance, and safety objectives.
2. Prohibited Use. You shall not use the Platform, or any information obtained through it, for any unlawful purpose; to facilitate, enable, or conceal harmful, malicious, or unethical activities; to circumvent applicable laws, regulations, or organizational policies; or for any purpose unrelated to AI risk mitigation and harm prevention.
3. Confidentiality. All data, analyses, assessments, and materials accessible through the Platform are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose, distribute, reproduce, or transmit any Platform content to any unauthorized third party without prior written authorization from a Platform administrator.
4. Compliance Obligations. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), Executive Order 14110 on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy AI, CISA Binding Operational Directives, and any applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
5. Accountability. You accept personal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. You shall not share your credentials with any other individual. You shall immediately report any suspected unauthorized access or security incident to a Platform administrator.
6. Monitoring & Audit. You acknowledge that all Platform activity may be monitored, logged, and audited. Access may be revoked at any time without notice for violations of this policy or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Platform administrators.
7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability. The Platform and its contents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Platform operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
8. Acknowledgment. By submitting this account request, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy. You further represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
